Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I wanted to express how grateful I am for this little corner of the internet. I have been sharing about our attempts at imperfect minimalism and small space family city-living for just over 3 years now. I know I've made mistakes along the way and there have definitely been moments when I've considered giving it all up. But in the end, I am so grateful for this space to share about our life and find like-minded people across the world. This blog has brought me wonderful connections whether across the internet or in real life. I can't thank you enough for reading, commenting, and emailing to share your experiences and thoughts. Your support and solidarity means more than you know.

Planning to take a couple weeks off to spend time with family and plan for 2018 but I will have more to share in the New Year. Here are some of the most read posts of 2017:

Shared Kids Room: Our Choice Bunk Wall Beds

Ch Ch Changes (planning to share more about the transition to part-time freelance work, more time with the kids and how it all works in our small space. I am still finding my footing)

Vanlife: Camping in a Westfalia with a Toddler and Baby (planning for more van adventures this year, and hope to share here)

Small Living and Marriage (one of my favourite posts)

Small Home Tour: Melissa, Johnny, Jake and Studio in under 600sqft! (would love to have some more home tours next year. If you would like to share or know someone who is a good fit please let me know!)

All Mini Cribs are not the Same (update: Mae is still in the mini crib at almost 18 months and wearing 2T clothes)

Not Minimalist about Kids Books

Travelling Lisbon with a Toddler and Baby (and the Algarve too)

Why Staying in a Small Space with a Baby is Wonderful

Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas with the ones you love, focused on shared experiences (and a few well intentioned gifts ;) ). Cheers Friends!
